Yoga Therapy sessions are gentle, personalized, and collaborative. Your first visit includes a thorough intake to understand your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Though you may arrive with specific goals, each session also honors what’s present in the moment. Sessions are co-created—guided by your lived experience and supported by the therapist’s compassionate presence, skill and attunement.
Over time, the process may include gently exploring habitual patterns of body, mind, or lifestyle—supporting greater self-awareness, integration, and compassion toward the parts of yourself that may feel fragmented or unseen.
